Do you want to organise a brainstorming session or a meeting session and are you looking for a space to hire? De Maaspoort has four meeting halls, varying in capacity to 60 persons. So there's always a suitable hall for your meeting, presentation, seminar, brainstorming session or gathering. All meeting halls are attractively furnished, filled with daylight and equipped with the latest presentation techniques. In addition, you will find yourself in unique surroundings; a guided tour of De Maaspoort is one of the possibilities.

Below are our meeting packages. In addition to these arrangements, there are many possibilities in consultation, tailored to your wishes. These arrangements apply to up to 60 persons. • On 1 September 2021, during the presentation of the National Meeting Award, De Maaspoort won the 2nd prize of the province of Limburg in the category of XXL location
• On 2 September 2020, De Maaspoort won the 2nd prize of the Netherlands in the category of XXL location during the presentation of the National Meeting Award
• On 12 March 2018 De Maaspoort won the 2nd prize of the Netherlands in the category of XXL location during the presentation of the National Meeting Award
• De Maaspoort was assessed with 4 meeting hammers in March 2017.
• On 25 January 2016 during the Meetings Awards ceremony in Rotterdam, De Maaspoort won the awards for best event location and best conference location of South Netherlands.

Case 1 | Meetings at an exceptional location

Nowadays, you can hold meetings at various locations, including the theatre. The Maaspoort has 4 meeting halls varying in capacity from 14 to 60 persons. But why hold meetings in a hall if you can do it differently?
How about a workshop in the artist café or in one of the dressing rooms? As a visitor, you never go there, so as an organiser you might not immediately think of it. But in the theatre, the impossible is always possible. Who would like to organise a special event?
