Ook dit jaar vond de diploma-uitreiking van Fontys Venlo weer in De Maaspoort plaats.Mede dankzij alle medewerkers van De Maaspoort was het weer een sfeervolle en feestelijke afsluiting voor de geslaagden van onze Bachelor-opleidingen. Dank hiervoor aan De Maaspoort: organisatie, techniek, catering: het was perfect!
Huwelijk Evert & Anouk
Zaterdag 24 juni 2023 hebben we ons huwelijk gevierd bij Cabillaud. Na de middag gestart met champagne en amuses op het adembenemende terras en vervolgens genoten van een overheerlijke 4-gangen lunch, gecombineerd met prachtige wijnen. Na een pauze voor ons en onze daggasten, waar iedereen zich kon terugtrekken op de comfortabele kamers van het Theaterhotel, ging onze feestavond van start. De ruimte was fantastisch aangekleed met een dansvloer, wit linnen en verse bloemen. In de avond hebben wij en onze avondgasten genoten van een walking diner. Ook deze gerechtjes waren zeer smaakvol en mooi gepresenteerd. Vervolgens hebben we een onvergetelijk feest gehad, er is gedanst tot na middernacht!
Team Cabillaud en Maaspoort, duizendmaal dank voor deze “tot in de puntjes verzorgde huwelijksdag”! Een dag met een gouden randje.
School on Stage | Onderwijsgemeenschap Venlo & Omstreken
Samen met de Maaspoort hebben we de show School On Stage op het podium gebracht. Leerlingen krijgen een unieke ervaring als artiest op het podium of als hulp achter de schermen. De Maaspoort zorgt voor een goede begeleiding aan de voorkant van het evenement. Ze denken volop mee en staan open voor ideeën en mogelijkheden. Goede communicatie en snelle reacties. De technici zijn zeer prettig in de samenwerking en hebben alle rust om leerlingen tips te geven om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Zeer fijne samenwerking en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Rondleiding | Raayland college
Op dinsdag 14 februari zijn wij, Agora Raayland te gast geweest bij theater de Maaspoort. Bij aankomst stonden de twee rondleiders op ons te wachten en werden we hartelijk ontvangen. Het leuke aan de rondleiding was dat we als echte theaterbezoekers werden rondgeleid, maar ook heel veel verborgen plekjes hebben gezien! Van jassen ophangen in de garderobe tot een kijkje backstage én in de artiestenfoyer. We zullen ons bezoek niet snel vergeten, met name het grote podium was erg indrukwekkend! Bedankt voor de fijne ochtend!

In samenwerking met de Maaspoort hebben we een try out georganiseerd voor onze Q&A Show van Team Dylan Haegens. Eef en de techniek hebben fantastisch met ons meegedacht en ons van alle gemakken voorzien. Het was een succes, dank daarvoor!
Sinterklaasfeest | VieCuri
Voor de kinderen van VieCuri-medewerkers hebben we dit jaar een Sinterklaasfeest georganiseerd in samenwerking met de Maaspoort. Vanaf het eerste moment hebben wij deze samenwerking als zeer positief ervaren. De Maaspoort was enthousiast, flexibel en schakelt snel. De communicatie verliep prettig en vlot. De Maaspoort denkt van A tot Z mee en zorgt dat het evenement soepel verloopt. Al met al is dit zeker voor herhaling vatbaar ;).
Vergadering | ARSPrintmedia
Met Management Team wilde we een keer buiten de deur vergaderen om ook uitgebreider bij bepaalde zaken stil te staan. Heel erg goed bevallen. Alle faciliteiten standaard aanwezig en leuk om te combineren met diner daarna bij bv. Cabillaud waar je smaakpupillen echt uitgedaagd wordt: Michelinster waardig!
Maastricht University | Graduation ceremony
the process leading up to the graduation ceremony went flawlessly. Event Manager Veronique Haenen from the Maaspoort takes a lot of work out of our hands and senses our needs and wishes flawlessly. On the day of the event too, everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We were warmly welcomed when the necessary goods were delivered and the hall looked absolutely perfect again. Chapeau Maaspoort, thanks for your professionalism and hospitality!
Double S Events & Projects
together with the Maaspoort, we organised a conference dinner for a business meeting. The communication beforehand, as well as the execution on the evening itself was fantastic! The service and the culinary interpretation is of a high level and our guests have enjoyed themselves. We look forward to further cooperation''
Veilig Verkeer Nederland Disctrict Limburg | Traffic Quiz
"For the second time Veilig Verkeer Nederland was a guest in De Maaspoort for the organisation of the regional final Verkeersquiz Noord Limburg for group 7/8 of the primary school.
The personal contact with Michelle Jaspers, from the time of booking until the day itself, was always very pleasant. It's very nice that they think along with us so well, and respond to our wishes with regard to the organisation of this event! Next year we will definitely do the regional final Verkeersquiz Noord Limburg in the Maaspoort!

Jeugdfonds Sport Limburg - Meeting and dinner
"On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of our organisation, we organised a meeting followed by a dinner. For this occasion we had booked the VIP foyer: a beautiful room, with a great view and equipped with all (technical) conveniences.
The contact beforehand was smooth, friendly and fast. On the day itself, the staff were also very friendly, helpful and everyone did their best to step in and make something beautiful out of it. We had a good meeting and everyone was pleased with the food. Thank you!"

"The organisation and cooperation with the Maaspoort is very good. The communication is smooth and questions are answered quickly.
This is the 15th performance we have organised in the Maaspoort and in recent years the collaboration has been very good. I am very pleased with the professional work of the technicians who were at our performance (Eric and Tom). Front office staff are friendly and helpful. The food in between was on time and well taken care of. Dressing rooms were tidy. All in all, it was another fun day for everyone and because of the correct working method of everyone, little to no stress :-)"

"Last minute, we needed a meeting location. Our guests were staying at the theatre hotel and further planning had to be done from there. To be honest, we didn't have the Maaspoort in mind as a meeting location for small groups, but we were positively surprised. The booking process was quick and well organised. My telephone call was followed in no time by a correct offer by e-mail.
The offer combined meeting location and dinner location, so that it was not necessary to contact several parties.
The meeting room met our requirements: sufficient privacy, comfort and good possibilities for the use of multimedia. The coordination for the dinner was flexible, despite the late starting time of the dinner.
The dinner was as you would expect from Cabillaud: exquisite and a pleasure to serve to your guests."

Final show of Miss Beauty of Limburg 2018 | Anke Geven
This was the first time for us to organise the final show at a venue like this and so extra exciting. Fortunately, this was not necessary and we were pleasantly surprised with the organisation before, during and after the event. Before the event, we were able to visit De Maaspoort a number of times to take a look at the hall, the lighting and the functionalities, and to discuss the show with the technical staff. This gave us a lot of confidence, because they thought along with us about the possibilities.
During the preparations for the final day, the flexible staff helped us enormously with the preparations in the hall, but also during the show and the drinks. The hall looked beautiful, the stage was well-suited to our show and the pink carpet completed it all
We are proud of the successful final show that we were able to organise at this beautiful location! Definitely a must for this type of event where giving a show experience is important!

KVAN archivists / Branch association of archival institutions in the Netherlands
the annual Archives Days took place on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 June in the Maaspoort. We were able to receive about 300 colleagues per day, and we made use of 5 halls (1 plenary hall and 4 for parallel sessions). The organisation, the exhibitors and the visitors all experienced this location as very positive. Everything was taken care of and arranged down to the last detail: technology, catering, etc. It is great to work with such a professional and helpful team! From the first time we met, we felt confident that everything was in good hands, and they absolutely delivered!

"We look back on a great day with five premieres in one day for the documentary 'Nao 't Zuuje' in De Maaspoort. A big task to receive about 3750 people but thanks to the people of De Maaspoort everything went smoothly and it was a great success. After the screenings there was a big party and some of us stayed overnight in the attached hotel. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail, in short: a memorable evening!"

"After 5 sold-out performances in Theater De Garage, it is always a question of whether an additional performance will fill up. But after the good experiences with Kelderkrijger in 2015 we were hopeful that it would succeed. Thanks to the excellent cooperation with and commitment of the PR/Events department, it became a sold-out show. According to many, the best of all. A special kudos to the De Maaspoort technical department for their flexibility and commitment."

"It was a successful meeting for us partly due to the service of the Maaspoort. Excellent facilities in a quiet environment, combined with fine lunches and an excellent dinner. An additional advantage is that the Theaterhotel is next door. This way you don't have to leave the house.

We loved that the Maaspoort Theatre made sure everything went as smoothly as possible and made things happen even when it was a last minute request! Guided tour Maaspoort Theatre & Events
for a family outing we had a guided tour at the Maaspoort. Communication around the reservation was top! At the start we were warmly welcomed at Luif with coffee and flan. After this an interesting tour, given by 3 enthusiastic volunteers. Nice to be able to take a look behind the scenes, you come to places you normally don't come to. The tour lasted one and a half hours, unfortunately we did not have enough time to see everything. Nice afternoon, this outing is definitely recommended!
