Guided tour Maaspoort Theatre & Events

for a family outing we had a guided tour at the Maaspoort. Communication around the reservation was top! At the start we were warmly welcomed at Luif with coffee and flan. After this an interesting tour, given by 3 enthusiastic volunteers. Nice to be able to take a look behind the scenes, you come to places you normally don't come to. The tour lasted one and a half hours, unfortunately we did not have enough time to see everything. Nice afternoon, this outing is definitely recommended!

Invite Jobs

Als invite Jobs zijn we lid van Theater en zaken bij de Maaspoort en zijn we als organisatie lokaal betrokken, om dit te bekrachtigen kijken wij naar onze partners en leveranciers waar we mee verbonden zijn. Zo kwam intern het initiatief om een Linkedin training te volgen via Marjolein Bongers van House of Social media uit Venlo. Wij zochten een inspirerende locatie met alle faciliteiten, zo kwamen wij bij de Maaspoort uit. Mooi ontvangst met naambord en route. Persoonlijk ontvangst / boeking/ begeleiding van Eef den Dekker. Goede zaal en faciliteiten. Goed verzorgde lunch bij Luif. Aanrader en tot de volgende meeting!

Gilde Opleidingen

De samenwerking met de Maaspoort verliep soepel. Er werd meegedacht, ze waren flexibel en behulpzaam. Een zeer geslaagd evenement op een sfeervolle locatie. Na afloop van de voorstelling een borrel met alle genodigden op het podium is een unieke ervaring en een hele mooie toevoeging aan de beleving van het evenement.

Stichting Musical Stella Duce

Het Kerst Gala van Stichting Musical Stella Duce stond dit jaar op 16 en 17 december weer in het theater. Met 220 deelnemers, docenten en alle vrijwilligers van Stella Duce hebben we weer geweldige dagen gehad in het theater. Dank voor de goede zorgen.

This year, the graduation ceremony of Fontys Venlo once again took place in Maaspoort, and thanks to all the employees of Maaspoort, it was once again an atmospheric and festive conclusion for the graduates of our Bachelor programmes. Thanks for this to Maaspoort: organisation, technique, catering: it was perfect!

Wedding Evert & Anouk

On Saturday 24 June 2023, we celebrated our wedding at Cabillaud. After noon, we started with champagne and amuses on the breathtaking terrace and then enjoyed a delicious 4-course lunch, combined with beautiful wines. After a break for us and our day guests, where everyone could retire to the Theaterhotel's comfortable rooms, our party evening got underway. The room was fantastically decorated with a dance floor, white linen and fresh flowers. In the evening, we and our evening guests enjoyed a walking dinner. These dishes were also very tasty and beautifully presented. Then we had an unforgettable party, there was dancing until after midnight!

Team Cabillaud and Maaspoort, a thousand thanks for this "wedding day down to the last detail"! A day with a golden edge.

School on Stage | Onderwijsgemeenschap Venlo & Omstreken

Together with Maaspoort, we brought the show School On Stage to the stage. Pupils get a unique experience as artists on stage or as help behind the scenes. Maaspoort provides good guidance at the front of the event. They think along and are open to ideas and possibilities. Good communication and quick responses. The technicians are very pleasant to work with and have the peace of mind to give students tips to get the best out of themselves. Very nice cooperation and definitely worth repeating!

Guided tour | Raayland college

On Tuesday 14 February, we, Agora Raayland were guests of Maaspoort. Upon arrival, the two tour guides were waiting for us and we were warmly welcomed. The nice thing about the tour was that we were shown around like real theatre-goers, but also saw a lot of hidden places! From hanging up our coats in the cloakroom to having a look backstage and in the artists' foyer. We won't soon forget our visit, especially the big stage was very impressive! Thanks for a great morning!

Sinterklaas party | VieCuri

For the children of VieCuri employees, we organised a Sinterklaas party this year in cooperation with Maaspoort. From the very first moment, we experienced this cooperation as very positive. Maaspoort was enthusiastic, flexible and quick to respond. Communication was pleasant and smooth. Maaspoort thinks along from A to Z and makes sure the event runs smoothly. All in all, definitely worth repeating ;).

Meeting | ARSPrintmedia

With Management Team, we wanted to have an off-site meeting for once in order to consider certain issues more extensively. Very much to our liking. All facilities available as standard and great to combine with a dinner afterwards at Cabillaud's, where your taste buds are really challenged: worthy of a Michelin star!

the process leading up to the graduation ceremony went flawlessly. Event Manager Veronique Haenen from the Maaspoort takes a lot of work out of our hands and senses our needs and wishes flawlessly. On the day of the event too, everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We were warmly welcomed when the necessary goods were delivered and the hall looked absolutely perfect again. "For the second time Veilig Verkeer Nederland was a guest in De Maaspoort for the organisation of the regional final Verkeersquiz Noord Limburg for group 7/8 of the primary school.
The personal contact with Michelle Jaspers, from the time of booking until the day itself, was always very pleasant. It's very nice that they think along with us so well, and respond to our wishes with regard to the organisation of this event! "On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of our organisation, we organised a meeting followed by a dinner. For this occasion we had booked the VIP foyer: a beautiful room, with a great view and equipped with all (technical) conveniences.

"Last minute, we needed a meeting location. Our guests were staying at the theatre hotel and further planning had to be done from there. To be honest, we didn't have the Maaspoort in mind as a meeting location for small groups, but we were positively surprised. The booking process was quick and well organised. My telephone call was followed in no time by a correct offer by e-mail.

The offer combined meeting location and dinner location, so that it was not necessary to contact several parties.

The meeting room met our requirements: sufficient privacy, comfort and good possibilities for the use of multimedia. The coordination for the dinner was flexible, despite the late starting time of the dinner.

The dinner was as you would expect from Cabillaud: exquisite and a pleasure to serve to your guests."

Final show of Miss Beauty of Limburg 2018 | Anke Geven

This was the first time for us to organise the final show at a venue like this and so extra exciting. Fortunately, this was not necessary and we were pleasantly surprised with the organisation before, during and after the event. Before the event, we were able to visit De Maaspoort a number of times to take a look at the hall, the lighting and the functionalities, and to discuss the show with the technical staff. This gave us a lot of confidence, because they thought along with us about the possibilities.
During the preparations for the final day, the flexible staff helped us enormously with the preparations in the hall, but also during the show and the drinks. The hall looked beautiful, the stage was well-suited to our show and the pink carpet completed it all
We are proud of the successful final show that we were able to organise at this beautiful location! Definitely a must for this type of event where giving a show experience is important!

KVAN archivists / Branch association of archival institutions in the Netherlands

the annual Archives Days took place on Monday 11 and Tuesday 12 June in the Maaspoort. We were able to receive about 300 colleagues per day, and we made use of 5 halls (1 plenary hall and 4 for parallel sessions). The organisation, the exhibitors and the visitors all experienced this location as very positive. Everything was taken care of and arranged down to the last detail: technology, catering, etc. It is great to work with such a professional and helpful team! From the first time we met, we felt confident that everything was in good hands, and they absolutely delivered!

"We look back on a great day with five premieres in one day for the documentary 'Nao 't Zuuje' in De Maaspoort. A big task to receive about 3750 people but thanks to the people of De Maaspoort everything went smoothly and it was a great success.
