Phil Bee has been playing on international stages (from Memphis to Warsaw) with his blues- and soul related bands for 30 years. He has won several Dutch Blues Awards for best singer, best CD and best band.

The "big mainstream" audience of millions got to know Phil Bee in the music programme "We Want More" (SBS6), where he and his band amazed everyone in a few shows, including the entire jury, who are not exactly known as blues and soul adepts. André Hazes was a fan from the first note and that resulted in a close co-operation after the last broadcast. The single 'Need your love so bad' was recorded together and released by DINO Music. Also during the 2021 Corona period, Phil was a regular guest at Veronica Inside and at the Fieldlab event at the Ziggo Dome.

Phil Bee takes you back to the 60s/70s with his own versions of covers and his own songs from one of his 16 albums. A touch of Joe Cocker is never far away, but it is much more than that. Raw, unpolished and supported by a super tight band of Dutch top musicians.
