Andrej van Brakel (2005) started playing the cello at the age of 4 and taking lessons from the teacher Lenian Benjamins. From 2016 to 2019 he studied at the Young Talent Academy Hellendaal/Codarts with Joachim Eijlander. Since September 2019, Andrej has been studying with the cellist Godfried Hoogeveen and has also been receiving lessons from Gabriel Schwabe at the Maastricht Conservatory since 2021. Pianist Anastasia Safonova received her first piano lessons at the age of four from Muza Denisova. Eight years later she made her successful debut with the Moscow Junior Symphony Orchestra performing the Mendelssohn concerto. She graduated cum laude from the Gnessins Institute in Moscow and completed her Master's degree at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague with Naum Grubert.
